Details
Brazil Cerrado coffee comes from the Cerrado Mineiro region, one of the first coffee-producing areas in Brazil to receive a protected designation of origin. Grown at altitudes of 800–1,300 meters in a stable climate with distinct wet and dry seasons, these beans develop a consistent and balanced cup profile. Known for its smooth body and low acidity, Brazil Cerrado typically offers notes of chocolate, nuts, and mild sweetness, making it both approachable and versatile. Its reliability and rich flavor make it a suitable base for espresso blends, while still standing out beautifully as a single-origin brew.
